Together we will transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs, to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun and dynamic environment.
Covering St Albans, Watford, Redbourne, Sarratt, Garston, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Harpenden, Radlett, Shenley, Cuffley, Potters Bar, Barnet, Hertfordshire and parts of London.
I can design a personal fitness plan depending on your needs, we will then together set a realistic timeline for you to achieve your goals.
I will monitor your progress by keeping a food diary and keeping a regular score of your fitness levels (comparing with the beginning)
I am fully qualified, experienced and trained in this industry which I possess a true passion and dedication for, I expect my clients to WANT to achieve their results and to be PREPARED to take on every challenge that comes their way.
After completing the consultation, if you decide to start your personal training journey you will be asked to sign an informed consent and terms & conditions for personal training. The only form you should have to fill in is a PARQ form or Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire, this is an industry standard and outlines any current or past health & medical issues I need to be aware off.
The first session is an opportunity for you to meet your trainer, break the ice and learn more about personal training and what the trainer can do for you.
Each session usually lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility or other activities depending on what your goals are. Your trainer will show you how to do the exercises, help you figure out how much weight to use and give you pointers for getting the most out of each exercise.
All of my clients come to me with different goals and different needs. Thus, my philosophy as a personal trainer is that we always set-out to try and find the right balance. This means balance for an individual with regard to muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility, rest and mental stimulation.
It is always wise to remember that personal training is about so much more than just having someone next to you in the gym. I firmly believe that achievement doesn't happen by accident, but by the relentless application of structured, guided and educated effort.
Hopefully I can answer any queries you may have here but if not please do not hesitate to contact me.

He is a competent and knowledgeable trainer, very approachable, and provides lots of encouragement without being over bearing. He listens to our requirements and amends his training plan accordingly. We have made great progress over the last 3 months, have grown to really enjoy the sessions, and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Adrian to other people.Paul Mclafferty
After just 14 days following Adrian's advice and workout program, I lost over a kilo in weight and gained significant amounts of muscle. I look noticeably more muscular, toned and thinner around the stomach.Scott
If you were looking for someone as a training mentor, PT instructor or even for just a basic technical tip, I would highly recommend a chat with Adrian. He is extremely approachable and friendly, but watch out for that sense of humour"!Mathew Parke-Davis
